How to clean contact lenses?

Wash your hands thoroughly
Put the lens flat on the palm of your hand
Pour in the care solution, solution should cover the lens
Gently rub the lens clockwise with your index finger
Please be careful and gentle, do not tear off the lens
After cleaning one side, flip the lens over and gently rub the other side in the same way
After cleaning both sides, pick up the lens and rinse it thoroughly with the fresh care solution
Finally, put the clean lens into the lens case 
Fill the lens case with fresh care solution and make sure the lens is competly submerged
